Scope of Data We Process

The Service is designed to connect to and monitor Your organization’s digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to website analytics, paid media accounts, search visibility tools, and listing platforms, using secure platform connections You authorize — primarily OAuth-based integrations that grant Us limited, permission-scoped access to Your connected platforms without requiring You to share login credentials with Us. Detailed Information on the Processing of Your Personal Data

The Service Providers We use may have access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use, process and transfer information about Your activity on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic on resiedge.com. We use this data to monitor and improve the performance of our own website. This use of Google Analytics is separate from the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property data ResiEdge accesses on Your behalf as described in the “Google API Services” section below, which concerns data from Your organization’s own GA4 properties, not Our website. For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page:

Google API Services

ResiEdge integrates with certain Google API Services to provide its marketing intelligence and monitoring features. Your use of the Service authorizes ResiEdge to access data from the Google platforms you connect on your organization’s behalf. The following describes what data ResiEdge accesses from each connected Google service, and how that data is used.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). When you connect a GA4 property, ResiEdge accesses website session data, traffic by channel (organic, paid, direct, referral, and AI-generated referral), leasing funnel event data (including floor plan views, contact form submissions, tour requests, and application start events), conversion rates, device-type breakdowns, and tracking tag firing status. This data is used to monitor leasing funnel performance, detect conversion anomalies, surface degradation trends, and generate alerts and portfolio-level reporting on your behalf.

Google Search Console. When you connect a Google Search Console property, ResiEdge accesses organic search impressions, clicks, click-through rates, average keyword position, URL indexing status, coverage errors, manual actions, and robots.txt change signals. This data is used to monitor branded and hyperlocal search visibility, detect indexing issues affecting your leasing pages, and generate organic search performance alerts and reports on your behalf.

Google Business Profile. When you connect a Google Business Profile account, ResiEdge accesses listing accuracy status, Google Maps impressions, website clicks, call clicks, direction requests, and review volume and aggregate rating data. This data is used to monitor local search visibility, detect listing accuracy issues, and generate local presence alerts and reports on your behalf.

Google Ads. When available, when you connect a Google Ads account, ResiEdge accesses campaign impressions, clicks, click-through rate, spend to date, remaining budget, conversion volume, and cost-per-lead data. This data is used to monitor paid media performance, detect budget exhaustion or pacing anomalies, track cost-per-lead against your organization’s targets, and generate paid media alerts and reports on your behalf.

Limited Use. ResiEdge’s use of data obtained through Google API Services is limited to providing and improving the features described in this Privacy Policy and disclosed to you within the Service. ResiEdge does not use Google user data to serve advertisements, does not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service to your organization, and does not use Google user data for any purpose that is inconsistent with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. For more information, see https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.

Your use of the Service, including any Google API Services accessed on your behalf, is also governed by ResiEdge’s Terms of Service, available at https://resiedge.com/terms-of-service.

Children’s Privacy

ResiEdge is a professional business platform intended solely for use by individuals 18 years of age or older acting in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from an individual under 18, We will take steps to remove that information from Our systems promptly. If You believe We may have inadvertently collected such information, please contact Us at contact@resiedge.com.
